1. No Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, Cameola does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.

All sales made on our website are final.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please send the following to our support team:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Complete unboxing video showing the issue

Without a complete unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the package, we may not be able to process the claim.

After verification, Cameola may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (if replacement is not available)

The final resolution will be at the discretion of Cameola after reviewing the claim.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Partial cancellations or removal of individual items from an order are not permitted once the order is placed.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Cameola will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect address details.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, Cameola is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

However, our support team will assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

7. Product Usage & Skin Reactions

Cameola products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients and are designed for external cosmetic use only.

However, individual skin types may react differently to skincare products.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially for sensitive skin.

Cameola shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional if necessary.

We do not provide medical advice, dermatological treatment, or monetary compensation for adverse reactions.
